Our Bûches de Noël
This year, we’re excited to introduce three new showstopping centrepieces to our Bûches de Noël collection: Coffee Chocolate Bûche, a harmonious composition of Dark Chocolate Mousse with Roasted Coffee Cremeux, Whipped Orange Blossom Ganache, Almond Sponge Cake; Vanilla Strawberry Walnut Bûche, made with Vanilla Tonka Bean Mousse with Whipped Strawberry Ganache, Walnut Praline and Walnut Sponge cake; and the always classic Traditional Bûche, a composed of a fruity Raspberry Mousse, Spiced Milk Chocolate Cremeux with Dark Chocolate Ganache and Hazelnut Praline on a gluten free Chocolate Genoise Sponge Cake.
