Our Bûches de Noël
This year, we’re excited to introduce three new showstopping centrepieces to our Bûches de Noël collection: Chocolate Forest Buche, a harmonious composition of milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate crème, dark cherry cardamom confit, and pecan sponge; Vanilla Slopes Buche, a gluten-free option made with almond jaconde, vanilla bean mousse, yuzu lemon crémeux, and raspberry confit; and the always classic Traditional Buche, composed of a rich chocolate genoise with milk chocolate and passionfruit crème.
VANILLA SLOPES
Almond jaconde, vanilla bean mousse, yuzu lemon crémeux, and raspberry confit. Gluten-free.
CHOCOLATE FOREST
Milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate crème, dark cherry cardamom confit, and pecan sponge.
TRADITIONAL LOG
Chocolate genoise with milk chocolate and passionfruit crème.

Traditionally eaten to celebrate Epiphany in France, this decadent treat is made with two rounds of flaky puff pastry filled with a rich almond frangipane.

Raspberry elderflower mousse, vanilla brandy crémeux and almond sponge cake.
SNOWMAN BRIOCHE
A trio of soft and buttery brioche dough, as soft as the season's first snowman.
STOLLEN
A rum-infused traditional bread filled with marzipan and dried fruit. Best enjoyed with a warm coffee in the early morning.
