Viennoiserie

Typical Parisian breakfasts consist of a baguette or a small roll, a croissant, pain au chocolat, or brioche with jam and butter. Those beloved sweet pastries are called Viennoiserie, their name evolving from the long-held myth that they originated in Vienna rather than France.

Croissant:

Our dough is yeast-risen, for better flavor, incorporating layers of butter to make the pastry light and flaky – ideal for breakfast, or as an indulgent treat any time of day.

Pain au Chocolat:

A delicious, rich and flaky butter dough wrapped around two sticks of chocolate, to form that special morning treat beloved all over France.

Pain aux Raisins:

Yeasted butter dough filled with plump raisins to form a spiral shape.

Brioche Parisienne:

Made of a soft, crumbly yeast dough, enriched with eggs, butter, milk, flour and sugar, shaped into two balls of dough baked one on top of the other.

Chocolate Twist:

A light delight!  Sweet brioche bread is used to create this perfect blend of chocolate and bread.  They are then decorated with large granules of sugar. 

Almond croissant:

Consisting of our famous Croissant, we fill them with frangipane and once baked, we decorate them with sliced almonds and icing sugar. 

Bordeaux Canele:

This delicious cake is coated in caramelized sugar to complement the warm rum-flavoured custardy insides.  Practically bite-sized, these tasty treats beg for you to eat more than one. 

Chausson aux Pommes:

Delicately spiced apple compote, with hints of cinnamon, delicately wrapped in a puff pastry.

Pistachio Croissant:

Our flaky croissant is filled with pistachio cream and then dresse with crushed nuts.  Enjoy.
